Watch Leap を使い始めるには、以下の手順で拡張機能を有効にしてください。
iPhoneの「設定」アプリを開き、「Safari」→「拡張機能」→「Watch Leap」をタップしてオンにします。
記録したい動画サイト（例: YouTube）を Safari で開きます。ツールバーの Watch Leap アイコンをタップするとポップアップが表示され、「youtube.com を記録する」のようなボタンが現れます。タップするとSafariの許可ダイアログが表示されるので「このWebサイトで常に許可」を選択してください。
ダイアログが表示されない場合: アドレスバーの「ぁあ」→ Watch Leap →「このWebサイトで常に許可」から手動で設定できます。あとは動画を普段どおり再生するだけです。デフォルトでは10秒以上再生すると自動で記録されます。
ツールバーの Watch Leap アイコンをタップし、「ライブラリを開く」を選択すると視聴履歴を確認できます。
複数のサイトをまとめて許可する場合: 「設定」→「Safari」→「拡張機能」→「Watch Leap」→ 一番下の「すべてのWebサイトを許可」を選択。サイトごとの登録が不要になります。
以下を順番にご確認ください。
① ツールバーの Watch Leap アイコンをタップし、「〇〇.com を記録する」ボタンが表示されている場合は、まだ許可されていません。ボタンをタップして「常に許可」を選択してください。
② ボタンが表示されず「記録中」とも表示されない場合は「設定」→「Safari」→「拡張機能」→「Watch Leap」でサイトの許可状況を確認してください。
③ 10秒以上再生しているか確認（デフォルトのザッピング閾値）。
④ YouTubeの場合、/watch ページで再生しているか確認。ホームや検索結果のプレビューは記録されません。
⑤ Safariを再起動して再試行。
「設定」→「Safari」→「拡張機能」→「Watch Leap」がオンになっているか確認してください。オンになっていない場合は有効にしてSafariを再起動してください。
Watch Leap iOSアプリが同一端末にインストールされている場合、バックアップが App Group（Safariのデータ消去の対象外の領域）に自動保存されています。アプリを開くか拡張機能を再起動すると自動的に復元されます。
「設定」→「Safari」→「拡張機能」→「Watch Leap」→「プライベートブラウズで許可」をオンにすると、プライベートタブでも記録できます。プライベートモードの履歴は通常の履歴と分離して管理されます。
そのサイトでツールバーの Watch Leap アイコンをタップし、Safariの拡張機能設定からそのサイトの権限を「許可しない」に変更すると、以降そのサイトでの記録が停止します。
設定画面からCSVまたはJSONファイルとしてエクスポートできます。エクスポートしたファイルはアプリからインポートして復元できます。
Proプランで変わるのは以下の2点のみです。他の機能は無料でも全て利用できます。
① 視聴履歴の表示期間が全期間に解放されます（無料は直近1週間）
② お気に入り登録数が無制限になります（無料は通常・プライベートそれぞれ10件）
購入はApp内のApple決済で完結します（¥480・買い切り）。
シャッフルタブは無料で利用できます。視聴回数・経過日数・お気に入り登録などを考慮した重み付きシャッフルで、「見たいけど忘れていた動画」を優先的に提案します。全動画が必ず1周する仕組みなので、同じ動画ばかり出ることはありません。また、よく視聴する動画にはレアリティバッジ（UR・SSR・SR）が付与されます。

Open the Settings app → Safari → Extensions → Watch Leap, and toggle it on.
Open a video site (e.g. YouTube) in Safari and tap the Watch Leap icon in the toolbar. A popup appears with a "Record on youtube.com" button. Tap it — when the Safari permission dialog appears, choose "Always Allow on This Website".
If no dialog appears: tap "AA" in the address bar → Watch Leap → "Always Allow on This Website" to set it manually.Watch any video as you normally would. By default, videos are recorded after 10 seconds of playback.
Tap the Watch Leap icon in the Safari toolbar, then tap "Open Library" to see your watch history.
To allow all sites at once: Settings → Safari → Extensions → Watch Leap → scroll to the bottom and select "Allow on All Websites". No need to register each site individually.
Please check the following in order:
① Tap the Watch Leap toolbar icon. If you see a "Record on 〇〇.com" button, that site hasn't been allowed yet — tap it and choose "Always Allow".
② If the button isn't shown and it doesn't say "Recording", go to Settings → Safari → Extensions → Watch Leap to review site permissions.
③ Make sure you watched for at least 10 seconds (the default zapping threshold).
④ For YouTube, make sure you're on a /watch page. Homepage or search preview playback is not recorded.
⑤ Try restarting Safari and playing the video again.
Go to Settings → Safari → Extensions → Watch Leap and make sure it is toggled on. If it wasn't enabled, turn it on and restart Safari.
If the Watch Leap iOS app is installed on the same device, your data is automatically backed up to an App Group container, which is not affected by Safari history clearing. Open the app or restart the extension and your data should be restored automatically.
Go to Settings → Safari → Extensions → Watch Leap → enable "Allow in Private Browsing". Private mode history is stored separately from your regular watch history.
Tap the Watch Leap toolbar icon on the site and change its permission to "Don't Allow" in Safari's extension settings. Recording will stop for that site going forward.
You can export your watch history as a CSV or JSON file from the Settings screen. The exported file can be imported back into the app to restore your data.
