Watch Leap は以下の情報をお使いの端末内にローカルに保存します。
これらの情報は端末内のストレージ（Safari拡張機能のローカルストレージ）に保存されます。Watch Leap iOSアプリがインストールされている場合は、同一端末内のApp Group（共有コンテナ）にもバックアップとして保存されます。いずれの場合も、外部サーバーへの送信は一切ありません。
収集した情報は以下の目的のみに使用されます。

Watch Leap は外部のアナリティクス・広告・クラウドストレージサービスとの連携を一切行いません。アプリの動作にインターネット接続は必要ありません。
Watch Leap iOSアプリをインストールしている場合、拡張機能と同一端末内のApp Group（共有コンテナ）を通じてデータを同期します。このデータは端末外には出ません。
Proプラン（¥480・買い切り）の購入状態はAppleのStoreKitシステムで管理され、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
ユーザーはいつでもライブラリから動画を削除できます。iOSアプリからはデータをまとめて削除することも可能です。アプリをアンインストールすると端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。
Safariのプライベートブラウズ中に視聴した動画は、iOSのシステム設定で許可されている場合のみ記録されます。プライベートモードのデータは通常の視聴履歴と分離して管理されます。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方のデータを意図的に収集することはありません。
本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合は、このページの更新日を改訂します。
本拡張機能はSafariから以下の権限を要求します。
取得した権限は視聴履歴の記録のみに使用されます。
本アプリは「現状のまま（as-is）」「提供可能な範囲で（as-available）」提供されます。開発者は、明示・黙示を問わず、動作の完全性・正確性・継続的な可用性について一切の保証を行いません。予期しないバグ・端末の故障・OSアップデート・Safariの仕様変更によってデータが失われた場合でも、開発者は責任を負いません。重要なデータは定期的にエクスポートしてバックアップすることを強くおすすめします。
法律が許容する最大限の範囲において、開発者がユーザーに対して負う損害賠償責任は、直接損害額またはユーザーが過去12ヶ月間に支払ったProプラン料金の合計額のいずれか少ない方を上限とします。間接損害・逸失利益・データ損失・機会損失に対する賠償責任は、たとえ損害の可能性を事前に告知されていた場合であっても負いません。
アプリの機能・プラン内容・価格は、事前の通知なく変更される場合があります。サービスを終了する場合は、可能な限り事前にこのページでお知らせし、データのエクスポート期間を設ける予定ですが、これを保証するものではありません。
本ポリシーおよびアプリの利用に関する事項は、日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

This information is stored in your device's local storage (the Safari extension's local storage). If you have the Watch Leap iOS app installed, it is also backed up to an App Group (shared container) on the same device. In either case, nothing is ever transmitted to external servers.

Watch Leap does not integrate with any external analytics, advertising, or cloud storage services. An internet connection is not required for the app to function.
If you have the Watch Leap iOS app installed, data is synced between the extension and the app via an App Group (shared container) on the same device. This data never leaves your device.
Pro plan purchases (¥480 / $2.99, one-time) are managed by Apple's StoreKit system, and Apple's Privacy Policy applies to that transaction.
You can delete videos from your library at any time. The iOS app also allows you to delete data in bulk. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
Videos watched during Safari Private Browsing are recorded only when permitted by the iOS system setting "Allow in Private Browsing". Private mode data is stored separately from regular watch history.
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not responsible for data loss caused by bugs, device failures, OS updates, or changes to Safari's extension APIs. We strongly recommend periodically exporting your data as a backup.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount of direct damages you actually incurred, or (b) the total Pro plan fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or loss of opportunity, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Features, plan contents, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance via this page and provide a window for data export, but we do not guarantee this.
This Privacy Policy and your use of the app are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
